Santa Barbara Live! presents:
Santa Barbara Artists: Plein Air, watercolors and more...
Santa Barbara is not only the downtown shopping, or the beaches everyone knows, it is also gold and purple hills, open grassy ranches, scenic coastlines with cliffs sculpted by wind and surf, regal eucalyptuses, sycamore trees and twisted oaks.
The artists presented here all depict the very essence of our region. Click on a picture to see more of the artist's works.

Here left: Arturo Tello comments his work for prospective patrons. Artists set up their easels and palettes deep into the canyon, each choosing a favorite spot. Patrons had ample time to walk around and enjoyed the privilege of watching many works in progress, talking to the artists and observing different techniques.
